Spices (mustard, onion, dill, paprika, allspice, etc.), spice extract, colorant (e.g. riboflavins), firming agent (e.g. CaCl), antioxidant (e.g. ascorbic acid), acidifier (e.g. citric acid).

We have a variety of formulations for each product for our range. Let us know your wishes and we will adjust the recipe accordingly. Our products contain vinegar and salt and can be made without preservatives. If desired, preservatives can be added.
